The Ministry of Education, Innovation, Youth, Sports and Culture (MEYSAC) it is mandated to educate, train and empower youth, promote arts, culture, sports, and enhance research and innovation capacity for sustainable national development. MEYSAC aims to deliver quality higher education through its support of Namibian universities and colleges. To further enhance the sector, it actively promotes international collaboration. The Directorate of Planning and Quality Assurance coordinates the development and implementation of bilateral and multilateral agreements, serving as key instruments for internationalisation efforts.
